    The terms that apply to our services

    1. Provider

    Services are provided by Christopher Boerger, sole proprietor trading as dot2.solutions (brand: YourTechFriend), Rue Pestalozzi 9, 1400 Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland — UID CHE-283.163.161 ("we", "us").

    2. Scope

    These terms apply to all tech support, training, device setup and related services booked through yourtechfriend.ch, by phone, email or messaging. By booking a session you accept these terms.

    3. Services

    We offer in particular:

    • Remote and on-site tech support for individuals.
    • Device setup, data migration and configuration.
    • AI workshops and personalised training.
    • Monthly support packages (retainers).

    4. Booking and pricing

    Prices shown on the website are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT where relevant. Travel fees may apply for on-site sessions and are calculated transparently before the appointment is confirmed.

    5. Payment

    Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and TWINT. Late payment may result in reminder fees in accordance with Swiss law.

    6. Cancellation and rescheduling

    Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be invoiced in full.

    7. Client responsibilities

    The client is responsible for backing up important data before any intervention and for providing accurate information about the equipment and the issue. We will always recommend a backup before any major operation.

    8. Liability

    We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or intent. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profit.

    9. Intellectual property

    Training materials, documents and content provided by us remain our intellectual property and may be used by the client for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

    10. Confidentiality

    We treat all client information confidentially and only access systems and data as needed to perform the requested service.

    11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
